Teaching Philosophy and Goals

My philosophy of education is to assume the best about yourself and your students. If you manifest positive qualities and expect that you are a good, respectable teacher, your students will believe the same. Alternatively, students will believe the same about themselves if you create opportunity for them to believe it. When you see the best in your students, you are holding them to the highest standards and allowing them to make their own good, conscious decisions. Creating a space that encourages and gives them the chance to show their highest potential is what will let them   want  to show their highest potential. My experiences using technology are far from limited. We live in a cyber age and I have been given the opportunity to share, shop, research, and learn at the tips of my fingers using technology.
